Our export process runs multiple times a day as well to accommodate different processing times for advertising companies around the globe. When we export a clients inventory we send their entire inventory which ensures the advertising copmanies have the most accurate inventory at all times.

This is our process:

1. Retrieve the entire inventory from the client via a data file.
2. Delete all inventory records in our database for the current client.
3. Import all the data from the data file for the current client into our database.
4. Export the entire inventory for the current client into a file format for specific on-line advertising companies.
5. Send the export file via ftp or email to the advertising company.
